• Account information: your email address, password (stored securely, never in plain text), and an optional display name.
• Payment information: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number; we keep a Stripe customer and subscription reference and your plan.
• Usage information: the bills you analyze or redline, the results saved to your account, and usage counts for your plan.
• Marketing attribution: if you arrive through a link with campaign tags (such as utm_source), we record those tags with your account at signup.
• Advertising measurement: this site uses Google Ads conversion tracking, which sets cookies to measure whether visitors who clicked an ad later created an account.

How we use it

• To provide the service, keep your saved work, and enforce plan limits.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To communicate about your account and the service.
• To understand which channels bring new users.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run Redline Magic (for example hosting, data storage, and payment processing), or when required by law.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can update your account details in Settings, manage your subscription through the billing portal, or ask us to delete your account by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a revised date.
