Terms of Service
Last updated: October 6, 2026
By creating an account or using Redline Magic, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance of redlines and analyses; unused allowance does not carry over.
- You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
- The free allowance is one-time. After a subscription ends, new runs require resubscribing; previously saved work remains available.
- We may change prices with advance notice.
Not legal advice
Redline Magic generates automated redlines and analyses of legislation. Output may contain errors or omissions, may be based on older law text, and is not legal advice. Verify against official sources before relying on it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access without permission.
Your content and ours
You may use the documents you generate for your own professional purposes. The service, software, and branding remain ours. Results may be stored and reused to serve other users requesting the same public legislation.
Availability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, including of third-party sources such as Congress.gov or the U.S. Code.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
